Scheduled Upgrade
We’re currently experiencing an unexpected delay in our database upgrade. As traffic grew rapidly today, MongoDB Atlas’s automatic scaling feature attempted to increase our cluster capacity —but ran into an internal hiccup that has left the upgrade in progress longer than anyone anticipated. While our platform has remained stable and secure throughout, you may notice some intermittent slowdowns until the process completes.
Please rest assured that we’re in constant, real-time collaboration with the MongoDB Atlas engineering team, and they’ve elevated our case to their highest priority. We’ve also provisioned additional read replicas on standby to help pick up any extra load as soon as the upgrade finishes. Our goal is to have full capacity restored within the next hour, and we’ll update you immediately once everything is back to normal.
